The University of Toledo is celebrating its sesquicentennial with a
Founder’s Day Concert in Area 9 on Wednesday, October 12, 2022.
In preparation for the event, Area 9 will close at 12am (midnight) on Tuesday, 10/11. All vehicles in Area 9 will be towed starting at 11am on Tuesday, 10/11.
“A” & “D” permit holders affected by the Area 9 closure are encouraged to park in Areas 8, 18, 25 and 27B.
Permits will not be enforced from 2pm on Wednesday, 10/12 until 7am on Thursday, 10/13. Exceptions Include: handicap, reserved, patient, metered and no overnight parking spaces/areas.
Area 9 will reopen on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 7am.
