APPEALS

To pay or appeal a parking citation, please log in to your account and select the “My Citations” tab. If you do not have an account, please click here.

• Appeals:
  • You may appeal a citation if you feel your vehicle was parked in accordance with ParkUToledo’s Rules and Regulations and, therefore, the citation was issued in error. Eligible violations must be appealed within 10 calendar days of the issuance date.
  • To submit an appeal, please log in to your account and select the “My Citations” tab. If you do not have an account, please click here.
• Second Appeals:
  • While first appeals are approved only if it is determined that the citation was issued in error (i.e., the customer was parked in accordance with ParkUToledo’s Rules and Regulations), the Second Appeals Committee has the unique opportunity to exercise broader discretion, taking into account additional factors and circumstances.
  • For citations issued in 2025, customers may submit a second appeal if their citation is upheld. While first appeals require proof that the citation was issued in error, the Second Appeals Committee considers broader factors and circumstances.
